Tasked with promoting the 'Australian Love Stories' exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, we struck to the heart with a pitch that asked everyday Australians about their own love stories.

What resulted was an evocative amalgamation of conversations about romantic partners, best friends, family members, band mates and, really, love itself.
